11 years and counting...

Its hard to believe that 11 years ago I married the man of my dreams. Where did those 11 years go? When I think of being married 11 years the first thing that comes to mind is wow I am old

Dear Willpower: please be very strong and determined while I am so serious on this loose the jiggle mission I am on

Dear Walmart: will you please go out of business and let Target take your place. You don't know how to run a store and by the looks of things you never will and I hate driving an hour to Target to bypass you even though you are 20 minutes away but I cant stand you and I end up in a bad mood if I attempt to give you a try

Dear shoe designers: I have feet just like my body...short, fat, and wide and love me some heels but it is miserable squeezing my fat wide feet into your heels and quite frankly it is pure hell! I could use a wide heel please and thanks my piggies will also thank you

Dear Farmer: I cant believe that tomorrow is our 11 Anniversary, wow we sure did get old quick. I never thought I could or would put up with a mans shit this long. You sure do amaze and surprise me everyday. I cant wait to celebrate in Mexico! I love and adore you even when I am pissy

Dear Coach Saban: Roll Tide, this weeks game is going to be hyped but I just get sick stomached knowing I will have to see Les Miles. I mean he is def 2 sandwiches short of a picnic. I'm think he needs to join Jason Calvin and Romo on the short bus. I feel sorry for the die hard LSU fans I know they are sick at looking and his STUPIDass too. Just thinking of him makes me blood run he has made so many coaching mistakes and he has cost his team to loose more games than the law will allow. Lets see whats he going to mess up this time

Food for the week

 Last week I was on a roll trying out new Pinterest recipes.
Some where wonderful and some were ok and some were not.
 

Green Bean Bundles
I loved these and will be making these again

Crocpot Chicken Tortilla Soup
This was my favorite of the recipes and we all loved it. It was the easiest thing to make

Pan Seared Chicken w Balsamic Cream
I enjoyed it and the Farmer said it was ok but the kids didnt enjoy it at all

Mini Chicken Pot Pie
These were so much fun to feed the kids and we enjoyed them I did make a few seasoning choices but over all they were great. Easy to make also. 

I havent tried this many recipes in one week but I was just kind of in one of those moods to where I was tired of the same ole same ole. I need to make a plan to try 2-3 recipes a week.

Thanks for the Memories

This weekend we watched as Mr. King of Rodeo Chris Shivers rode his last bull. I cried like a baby it was bittersweet. He is from my home state and got on his first bull in my city. He is the greatest bull rider ever and no one will ever be able to replace him. He holds the record for the first rifer to win 1 million dollars in the finals and also for the most 90 point rides. I have watched and cheered him and it is going to be alot different and will never be the same.

 

At the beginning of this year he announced he was going to retire and I think the world devastated but understood.  He wanted to be able to be home with his wife and his 2 sons.

So now Chris Shivers is officially retired.

Thanks for the many many many memories and we will forever be greatful
