Up in the Gym working on my Fitness
For the last school year I would workout faithfully and then get so discouraged when nothing would happen. Now that I know it was all my hormones that was off that was causing no results I'm now on the road to getting those back to normal so I have no excuses not to workout and eat healthy anymore. It was a losing cause and now that I don't have that excuse anymore I've got to get it together and get back in the gym faithfully and clean up my eating crap habits. Being summer and my gym doesn't have a place for kids I have to find someone to watch them and then drop them off. I've been also letting that be my excuse too even though I know my MIL and Mamaw will watch them no problem.

I feel so much better and productive after I exercise.
Before and during I HATE it but after is the best feeling.
As of today I'm fueling my motivation and starting to create my habit back.
When I see all these amazing women who have worked so hard and lost over 50-100lbs I'm always in amazement of these strong women. They inspire me more than they know. One of my very favorites who each day wows me is FabChickGetsFit. To see her changing body has been so inspiring and she also admits to the days she just isn't in it or the days she has ate something bad and then she always comes back with something like I've ate like crap today so what keep it moving and pick right up where she was the next day back working hard and shedding the pounds and her body is banging seeing her have hard days and mess up just proves to me that we all don't love this all the time but the results we will all love. If you are not following her you would benefit yourself by doing so.
I know that making the decision to stop making excuses and getting back on track is going to help my mentally and physically. I have decided not to make bug goals because they seem so far off that achieving them is impossible but I choose to start small and work my way up. I'm going to start in 5lbs increments. Once I reach those I will reward myself with some shopping money for NYC then move on to another 5lbs and so on. I'm going back to using my fitness pal and a water app to make sure I'm getting in my water needs. If you have a myfitnesspal hit me up: herrington5
Hold me accountable I need a good kick start and I know this process isn't going to be easy but it will be worth it. There will be days I hate it and days I love it, days I cry, days I smile, days I'm lazy and don't want to and days that I'm on top of it. I've just got to be committed and keep at it.
I'm always in need of extra motivation or inspiration
Anyone have a diet bet going on or fixing to start?
Health or loosing it link ups?
Workout routines that have worked for you?
And I'm sorry but those wraps are just like lipo.... they come right back if you don't continue to do them. I've tried them both. I want something long term not temporary.
However I'm thinking about trying the hair, skin, and nails. Since I've had to cut off all my hair due to my Thyroids and Hormones damaging it and breaking off. I'm in a rush for it to grow. I've been taking Biotin for about 4 months and I really don't see anything.
