Products...

I have never been very good or liked change but over the past few years I'm learning to deal with it alot better and how it can often be a good thing. When it comes to my "products" I have been using the same things since forever ago or until they become discontinued and have no choice but to change. I have recently became a product junkie and just cant help trying all these other products. As you know I have had a case of the blahs and I thought well if I was always doing the same ole same ole no wonder why I'm blahed so lets change it up and boy have I been changing it up. Here are a few of my favorite changes

Urban Decay Naked 2
I haven't gotten it in yet but Sephora did send an email and it should be in any day. It was back ordered and I have been waiting a month so I'm super excited to try the new colors being the Original Naked is amaze/

Kate Spade Twirl
I got this sample and I am itching to order it. Smells so good and not over powering.
E.L.F. LipGloss
You can get this at any Target, Walgreen's, or Drugstore. It is perfect because it is cheap so it will help you balance out you "products" budget. All great products don't have to be $$$

My Milkshake bring all the boys to tha yard.....thats right I said MilkShake
Warning: will make you craze cupcakes!
It smells just like a bakery a aroma of cake bakery that is. It is milk proteins in it which is used in yogurt so if yogurt is wonderful for your immune system it has to be great for your hair right? It doesn't leave any oil or residue feeling in your hair. It also doesnt weigh it down, alot of products weigh my hair down and it usually goes flat to my head. They have more products that I would like to try and the Mask is the first one I want to get my hands on. My hair is need a deep treatment.

EyeShadow Primer
I am a huge believer in eyeshadow primer simply because if you are needing a quick face refresh before you run out the door you can use it and not even add eyeshadow but look like you did. Then if you do add eyeshadow it stays on forever and always look fresh and for me it help my eyeshadow to blend better. I currently use MaryKay but once Im out I am thinking about trying the one by Urban Decay

Laura Mercier Oil-Free Tinted Moisturizer is a buildable foundation that can be worn by all skin types but especially those with acne-prone, sensitive or oily skin. The sheer, lightweight formula helps control oil breakthrough while providing hydration to prevent dryness and offers further protection from UVA and UVB rays with an SPF 20. Perfect for troubled skin.
I use this in the summer when I don't like using foundation in the hot heat.

I want to hear all about them so tell me all your favorite "products"
What are your must have products that you cant live without?
What are some you are wanting to try?
Are there any that you recently tried and would you recommend or not recommend it?
Cant wait to read all about them and give them a try myself.

Update & ToothFairy

We have been in all different directions lately. Maci had so many doctor appts for her elbow. We went to DR yesterday and was supposed to be able to get cast off and return to normal activities but that didn't go as planned. The xray showed it needed 3 more weeks of heeling time in cast but she had been sticking her pencil in her cast and itching it created an open wound. thank goodness we caught it in the beginning stages. So we cant cast it because infection would set in. It is in a sling and she had to promise to wear it all the time and take it super easy. I am in a way thankful for that wound now she can take a real bath! Ahhh So in 3 weeks {Valentines Day to be exact} we go back for another xray and hopefully the go ahead.
Mauri lost her first tooth and the one right beside it is fixing to fall out also. She was so excited to leave her tooth under her pillow so she can get rich. {Wish it worked that way} Waking up and seeing that she got a dollar was enough to turn my non-morning child into morning child so that meant good mood. This was about a week or so ago and since she lost the one right beside it yesterday so the Tooth fairy had to repeat. Now Rhett wants the Farmer to pull his teeth so he can get a dollar. It is cute and funny. The Farmer is or tooth puller I cant do it sorry.

The new farm office is finally being built and has really taken off so that means making decisions from lighting, walls, paint color, flooring, and such. We have some furniture we are keeping from old office
but getting new on somethings. The electrician came last week and today, the insulation people will be here Monday then the walls will go up Wednesday or Thursday. While the electricians are here they are putting up arena lights so at nite Maci, Mauri and Rhett can ride. Now speakers so we can plug up the iPOD.                                           The farm office is now wired:

Double doing it working on barn and office

I went to doctor today got 2 shots: decadron and rocephin
and an antibiotic and antihist/decongestant
Hopefully I will be on the mends now.
This weather isnt helping so many people have it right now.
Mauri had strep throat last week.

Hope you have a blessed weekend :)

What Im lovong Wednesdays

1. Revenge
Wednesday nights means dinner cooked early so I can have kitchen cleaned, kids bathed and in bed
because at 9 this thrilling and nerve wracking show comes on and I know I cant do anything but concentrate
on this show or else I will miss something. At times the farmer and I will say omg did you notice that and the other will not catch it. I started coming on in September I think and it is its 1st season. This is one of those shows to where if you miss it you are going to have to go back and watch it that way you will know what is going on. they jam pack alot of details and twists in one single episode.

This is a great product for the now if I need to go somewhere and don't want to wait 24hrs for self tanner to show its maz I can rub this on and instantly it is an automatic glow. Doesn't leave streaks, since it is instant you can see where you are missing. A little goes a long way.
I love these because you can wear them with anything.
I always sem to have a dress that I dont know what shoes to wear with it so when in doubt
I can always go to my trusty nude.

4.  Being that I live and hour away from the nearest Starbucks I dont have any other option but to buy these at the grocery store. If one of us goes to town and calls the other to tell them we got them a treat..well we know what the treat is. Wish they came in larger packs than 4. We need a case. LOL
5.  Wide Leg Trouser Jeans
Wide Leg are so versatile you can wear with flats or wedges during the day
and then at night you can dress it up by adding heels. I love that these can be worn year round!

Happy Hump day everyone..
Today is my parents 30th Wedding Anniversary. So a big crongrats to them!

Menu Planning

As you know I feel my OCD has took over and I became overwhelmed. In order to get it under control I have took the first step and did a weeks worth of Menu planning. I looked at my calendar and on the days that it is going to be a wild one or I will not be home I am going to plan something easy. All of these recipes are new this week so we will either love the all new recipe week and do it again or try 1 new recipe a week.

Monday:
I have planned to get up and get my house back in ordered.
I hope I have no phone calls or interruptions.

Taco Tuesdays:
I need something easy because I know I'm not going to be home Ive got to go into Monroe.
Maci gets her cast off today and has to get her monthly allergy shot.
Ive got to go to my dress fitting for C's wedding.  I'm excited to see what she has picked out.

Wednesday:

Thursday:

Friday:

Saturday:
Kitchen is closed
I am hoping for leftovers from the cowboy casserole for lunch, If not we will have to make grilled cheese or pop something out of the freezer. We have a couples shower to go to that evening.

Sunday:
I love doing this on Sundays because I can pop in oven before we go to church and as soon and we return home it is ready which is great for starving kidos.

Mauri and I have step throat over the weekend so needless to say being down for the weekend my house is a disaster zone. But if everything went according to planned it wouldn't be my life.
Hope everyone has a great week.

Got a bad case of the Blahhhhhs

After the holidays I cant seem to get out of this lazy rut. My OCD clean and organized self is so overwhelmed I cant seem to get it back together and when I try I can find my motivation to get back into my routine. Is anyone else having this problem? To me I'm the happiest when my home is clean and organized because my brain can think again I know I am crazy and wish I could let go but I ant when my home is clean I am in the best mood but when not I am totally in meltdown mode and my chickens are scattered! Ive got to get back on track and kick this case of the blahhhhs to the curve. I have become a hermit and don't want to go anywhere. I just want to be at home curled up with a nice book. I know this cold weather isn't helping but it isnt an excuse Ive got to get it back together.

Maybe this chart will kick it off
How to clean your house in 19 minutes
Wipe down the sink after doing the dishes or loading the dishwasher (30 seconds). • Wipe down the stove top (one minute). • Wipe down the counters (one minute). • Sweep, Swiffer, or vacuum the floor (two minutes).
Bathroom, 2 minutes daily Make cleaning the basin as routine as washing your hands. But don't stop there. Get the most out of your premoistened wipe by using it to clean around the edges of the tub and then the toilet before tossing it.
• Wipe out the sink (30 seconds). Wipe the toilet seat and rim (15 seconds). • Swoosh the toilet bowl with a brush (15 seconds). • Wipe the mirror and faucet (15 seconds). • Squeegee the shower door (30 seconds). • Spray the entire shower and the curtain liner with shower mist after every use (15 seconds).
Bedroom, 6 ½ minutes daily Make your bed right before or after your morning shower. A neat bed will inspire you to deal with other messes immediately. Although smoothing sheets and plumping pillows might not seen like a high priority as you're rushing to work, the payoff comes at the end of the day, when you slip back under the unruffled covers.
• Make the bed (two minutes). • Fold or hang clothing and put away jewelry (four minutes). • Straighten out the night-table surface (30 seconds).
Family room, living room, foyer, 6 minutes daily Start with the sofa -- as long as it's in disarray, your living room will never look tidy. Once you've fluffed the pillows and folded the throws, you're halfway home. If you pop in a CD while you dust, you should be able cover the whole room by the end of the third track.
• Pick up crumbs and dust bunnies with a handheld vacuum (one minute). • Fluff the cushions and fold throws after use (two minutes). • Wipe tabletops and spot-clean cabinets when you see fingerprints (one minute). • Straighten coffee-table

If you have any tips on getting out of this funk or easy organizing and cleaning please lend me a helping hand.
I am in desperate need!
