Run Forrest Run

Those were the words I blabbed to my oldest child Maci while she was running and she stopped in her tracks and said "What did you just say?" I told her and she said "Who and what is that"
ARE YOU KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW?
As started to tell her about the Famous movie but then just said we will have to watch it one day I don't want to ruin it for you. I knew that I had to do something about this so with Friday coming up and it was also the kids first week back in school I knew we would watch it Friday. I wanted to spruce it up and make it fun so I added all of Movie Foods we liked.
Now I will be totally honest and tell you I hardly ever buy movie candy. I stop by the dollar store and full my big purse full of crap. But I have to have movie popcorn and their fountain drink. Mauri always gets Nachos because she is a cheese lover. The rest of us are fine with candy and popcorn.
I wanted to surprise them and have everything all laid out and ready when they got home.
I threw their blankets and pillows in my bedroom, closed the curtains, dimmed the lights and worked on creating a fun and special movie date the kids would defiantly remember.
Our movie date even had a dress code: Pajamas only

While watching the movie I forgot about all of the bad awkward parts while watching with you child. Is she putting that in her nose oh wait is she sick why is she getting a shot.....uhhhhh I'm not sure baby I don't know. Yeah total Mom fail on that one!

Weekend ReCap

We started our Saturday morning at a Skating Birthday party. They make these neat little things now for all the smaller ones. Didn't get any pics of Maci because she had a friend spend the night and they were skating off doing their own grown up things. How Sad :(
Sorry these pics are so awful didn't have my camera so had to use the flip video cam and it sucks! But the video is awesome.

All the skating worked up a big appetite and since we were in town guess where we all wanted to grab?

The kids have been wanting to see Dolphin Tale 3D and I thought today would be a great day to do that since we were in the area. My kids love the Movies but considering their parents they have no choice.
This was an awesome movie and I would advise anyone to go and see it. You wont be disappointed!
Plot Summary: "Dolphin Tale" is inspired by the amazing true story of a brave dolphin and the compassionate strangers who banded together to save her life. Swimming free, a young dolphin is caught in a crab trap, severely damaging her tail. She is rescued and transported to the Clearwater Marine Hospital, where she is named Winter. But her fight for survival has just begun. Without a tail, Winter's prognosis is dire. It will take the expertise of a dedicated marine biologist, the ingenuity of a brilliant prosthetics doctor, and the unwavering devotion of a young boy to bring about a groundbreaking miracle—a miracle that might not only save Winter but could also help scores of people around the world. The real Winter, who plays herself in "Dolphin Tale," today serves as a symbol of courage, perseverance and hope to millions of people—both able and disabled—who have been touched by her remarkable story of recovery and rehabilitation

Of course favorite part of any Movie...

After that we swung by Hobby Lobby I wanted to pick up some Fall Decor but I missed out it was all picked over and as you know if you love HL like me they had their Christmas stuff on sale already.
So we headed on over the Halloween Store that was across the street and here is what they picked out. I miss that I cant pick out their costumes anymore.

I missed the Bama vs. Arkansas game....Yes Saban Rolled that tide! Did make it home just in time to watch the LSU game. Not excited that LSU moved to number 1 and Bama is 3! :(
