Eat, Drink and be Ugly

We helped host a Tacky Sweater party with some of our friends.
We had a meeting about a month before and planned everything out and who would make and bring what. At the meeting we discussed DJ or Band and we figured a DJ would be our best and cheapest way to go. I knew a good one so we called him and thankfully he was open so we booked him.
We sent out 100 invitations and now its time to par-tay!

We were down for chili since we had plenty of meat from the cow we just processed and deer in the freezer and with Nick just getting our elk meat back from the processor we decided we would make Elk Chili.

I went straight to my handy dandy Pinterest to look for ideas and decided to make a Christmas Tree sweater. While Nick decided he wanted to order one. After looking at a lot of them he finally decided and got a vest and picked up a turtle neck.

What a hoot...
That beautiful blonde is my hair stylist, she works wonders.
Amanda never lost her hat all night even after being upside down on the zip line.
Clearly my friends are classy

I laugh so hard out loud just thinking back to this night and I cant wait to go see George Strait with this group of crazies. I just love them they are always a good time. I only wish I got more pictures

    1. We had a good turn out we had about 70 people come and we were so scared and almost called it off due to storms but decided not to and thankfully it didn't get bad and people came despite the rain. It was at my friends house and it worked out perfect due to the rain she had a covered patio so the DJ was under there and we danced there. I wish I had a house built for entertaining but in my house building binder I have lots of ideas lol
